Vine row ownership

On rijtje.vandenbeld.fr you can become the symbolical owner of a vine row You pay € 1000,00 to become the symbolical owner. You do not get any physical rights over said vine row. The entire ownership is symbolical. You do get a physical wooden sign which will be hung onto a actual vine row. Both the vine row and sign will always be the property of VANDENBELD Wines however.

Saldo

By purchasing the symbolical ownership of a vine row, you get a saldo. This saldo equals € 1250,00 times the amount of vine rows you buy (Which cost € 1000,00 a piece).

Duration

The vine row ownership has to last a minimum of 3 years, there is currently no maximum. Meaning as long as a vine row has a saldo on it, the symbolical ownership of said vine row will remain. Until the total saldo is spent in full.

Selling

It is not possible to sell the vine row for money.

Spending

As mentioned above the ownership has to last a minimum of 3 years. Which means that the saldo can never be € 0 during the first three years. So the row has to be spent accordingly. A maximum of € 210,00 (As long as there is € 210,00 saldo on the vine row) can be spent twice per year/every 6 months. Spending less is possible, any saldo that isn’t spent during a picking session will remain on the vine row.

Picking session

Every 6 months you get to pick for a maximum € 210,00 (As long as there is a saldo of that same value on the row). You can pick either at a tasting event we organize for which you will always be notified beforehand. Or if you can’t attend one, you can contact us and we will send you a coupon code to spend your saldo in our webshop. If you choose the last option, due note that the shipping costs have to paid and cannot be paid using the saldo of the vine row.

If a picking session is missed or skipped the saldo will also remain. The symbolical owner will get option to pick for an additional € 210,00 the next time a picking session comes along. Do note that missing or skipping several sessions will still only allow for a maximum additional spending of € 210,00 in other words € 420,00 total.

Refund

It is not possible to get a refund, any purchase made through this website is definite.

Miscellaneous

It is not possible to combine the ownership of a vine row with other sales and deals proposed by VANDENBELD Exclusive Wines B.V. ever.
